I'M A TRENDWHORE

Anyway, where I've avoided all past avatar and Dev ID trends I could not resist the sheer fun awesome of this one.

Unless you've been living under a rock you know STARTED THIS WHOLE MESS. `delya was collecting the other IDs of this variety in her journal and it made me want to do it all the more. Damn you people! I blame you!

Also it was an excuse to finally do some new drawings of my mascot-self-representing-character Sai-chan (yes yes -chan, weeaboo I know but I use it to differeniate the mascot from the, uh, actual person which is me. Yeah.) I debated with myself whether to use my mascot or a cartoon more close to how I really look but in the end I went with mascot.

This is also my first drawn ID ever I usually like to use photos.

I'm not very good at pixel art, as you may be able to see. I actually drew and inked that dumb little Sai and traced over it with the pencil tool in Photoshop.

Also I know I JUST made a new ID but... this damn trend

P.S. Yes that is a Punky Brewster reference + Engrish for my tagline. And yes I did watch/look like Punky Brewster as a child.

P.P.S Also took a page out of Hiromu Arakawa's book with the whole evil-glowing-eye-in-shadow thing. Lol.
